I had an interview today and I used several of the techniques learned at the Z1CareerZone workshop… I feel like I rocked that interview because I was so prepared… which made me feel so confident… just boosted my self-esteem for sure! Keep the workshops coming… they work!

The Z1CareerZone team put lot of time and effort into the program and it is more than I really expected… Jim’s opening advice – Candidates who get hired are the most prepared, most excited and most liked – has really helped on two interviews… this year I am more serious about a move – but that advice sticks with me and I am doing more than just a glance at a company’s website or recruiters’ profile when I prepare.

A year ago, my spirit was crushed, but now I’m in a job that fuels more joy and passion in my life than I thought was possible. I am most grateful for your leadership and how you set me up with Ty. You blessed me more than I could have asked for with the coaching talent Ty gave me. She was in the trenches with me… She’s truly top talent… The wise counsel she has is literally making huge impacts in both my professional and personal life.

Z1CareerZone helped expose us to new tactics, as well as, ones that we needed refreshing on for our job search. I have worked with other firms and coaches prior; they never provided the attention and care that we received in our experience with Z1CareerZone… they have the experience, presence, background and care to appropriately guide and help any individual that is sincere in their job search.

I am excited once again to get back out on the job hunt… My confidence and attitude were way too low to succeed… it helps to have this kind of career support.

Using the skills and techniques I was able to learn; I have been able to secure a full-time position beginning immediately after graduation. Absolutely, as a Senior Executive in health care that was laid off a couple of months ago, this workshop was very relevant to my situation and I can imagine to almost anyone. It definitely got me fired up to get back out there and focus on the things I can control. I would love to see more.

Yes, I am very familiar with Z1’s workshops as I used them before to train our hiring managers on how to attract and hire the top 10% of the talent pool in the marketplace. This workshop like others really gets you to think and act immediately. I would like to see a more comprehensive program.

I have too many degrees and not sure how to market myself to pharmacies vs. patent law firms vs. considering other positions (pharmacist, professor, patent agent or pharmaceutical researcher). I need more knowledge to know the best route for me. This is a great start to really think about the things I can control in the process.

Yes, interviewing skills / self-marketing. I find that to be one of the most challenging parts for me when it comes to interviewing. I have a new outlook on how to get the job I really want. Great session.

Great seminar, very helpful and gave me much to think about and new ways to approach the job search and interviews. The more I can learn, the better prepared that I can be the most successful I will be in interviews.

I recently found myself in a situation all too familiar to the countless people who have lost their jobs seemingly overnight. Fortunately, I had a family member who was willing to sponsor me financially to enroll in Z1CareerZone’s OnDemand Program. I’m so glad that he did. Before I began the Z1 OnDemand Program, I was stuck and struggling to find the direction of my career. I wasn’t sure what career options to consider and certainly didn’t know what steps to take to get there. Right from the beginning of the course, I had the opportunity to dive into skills and value assessments. The thoughtful structure was exactly what I needed to reflect and establish goals. This inspiration and excitement fueled me through the rest of the course and stays with me today.
