Ronnie Perchik – Associate

Background

With over 30 years of experience, Ronnie is a seasoned professional who’s successfully held Senior-level Management positions in business verticals including: executive search, marketing services, digital media and Internet-related marketing. His core areas of expertise include executive-level management, employee recruitment & motivation, sales & revenue generation, client retention, marketing and P&L management. Ronnie has been involved with The NLP Group as an Advisor since 2013 and joined on a full-time basis as the Chief Operating Officer, starting January 2015.

In each of his professional positions, Ronnie has been responsible for recruiting, hiring, evaluating and developing talent within his organizations. He was formally trained in recruiting while with GSK and successfully hired his first direct report at just 24 years of age.

Personal

Ronnie received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in Marketing, from the University of Kentucky, and also serves on their Alumni Board of Directors. When not recruiting, he is normally playing golf or at one of his son’s sporting events, either coaching or enjoying the game.
