Lauren Fisher – Certified Coach

Background

Lauren has over 30 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, working in sales, management and field training. She served her customers and sales teams with enthusiasm and creativity, achieving numerous sales awards individually and collectively. The most rewarding aspect was seeing her team members grow and create their own success, and helping customers improve patient outcomes.

Success principles have been a lifelong interest of Lauren’s. She has recently completed her coaching certification and is excited to share her secrets of success with Z1 clients.

I worked with Jim’s recruiting company when they recruited me for a position with a startup medical company in 2013. Not only was it the best job I ever had, I was very impressed with the high standards and professionalism of the company. When I saw that Jim had started Z1 Careen Zone, I was immediately curious and found that his passion for excellence and impacting others was in exact alignment with my own goals.

Personal

Lauren spends most of her time in Summit County with her family and yellow lab, Bailey. Her daughter just graduated with a Master’s in BioEngineering from CU. She is an avid skier and hiker, she also serves on the International Lung Cancer Foundation board and has spoken internationally to increase awareness of lung cancer research. She also started several real estate businesses with her husband.
